Choose the fastest way to remove your account, understand what data is deleted, and review the subscription steps to take before you request deletion.
Self-service deletion
Open the app dashboard and use Account Center to permanently delete your profile, analysis history, and tracker data.
Manual request
If you cannot log in, email support from the account address tied to your profile and we will process the request after verification.
Before you delete
Cancel any active paid subscription first to avoid recurring charges from Stripe, Google Play, or the App Store after your account data is removed.
